All proceeds raised from the sale of our products go directly back into the Centre to allow us to continue to help people with emotional disorders through our research, treatment and training.
Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed, and payment received, to enable our team to dispatch your products.
If you are ordering large quantities for group sessions, please provide us with a minimum of two weeks notice to enable order fulfilment for on-time delivery through Australia Post.
Customer Advice 4/3/2020:
We have received reports of system delays when processing orders, and even an 'error' message. Please note that when you click 'Place order' it may take some time for the system to process your payment in the shopping cart. We advise you to only finalise payment once and wait for the system to 'catch up'.
If you get an 'error' message after placing your order, please do not resubmit your order. Instead, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details for us to investigate this further. Also, please do check your emails as we have been advised that the orders are going through despite this error message being seen, and that the order confirmation email is still being sent out from the system.
Our IT team are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
