Please note if you order on invoice it may take up to a week to receive your invoice.  Your products will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Shipping Advice:  Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed, and payment received, to enable our team to dispatch your products.  If you are ordering large quantities for group sessions, please provide us with a minimum of two weeks notice to enable order fulfilment for on-time delivery through Australia Post.

All proceeds raised from the sale of our products go directly back into the Centre to allow us to continue to help people with emotional disorders through our research, treatment and training.

Customer Advice:  If you get an 'error' message after placing your order, please do not resubmit your order.  Instead, email ceh.products@mq.edu.au with your order details for us to investigate this further.  Also, please do check your emails as we have been advised that the orders are going through despite this error message being seen, and that the order confirmation email is still being sent out from the system.
