If you are requesting local pick up, please note we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. We are unable to accommodate same day pick up. If you order prior to noon M-F, we aim to have your order ready for collection the following business day.
We advise customers that we have received reports of system delays when processing orders, and even an ‘error’ message. Please note that when you click ‘Place order’ it may take some time for the system to process your request. We apologise for this slow system response and our IT team are working to resolve this.
If you get an ‘error’ message after placing your order, please do not resubmit your order. Instead, send us an email with your order details via email@example.com for us to investigate this further, and also do check your emails as we have been advised that the orders are going through despite this error message being seen, and that the order confirmation email is still being sent out from the system.
