This kit aids the mental health professional in conducting the Cool Kids Anxiety & Depression treatment program with adolescents (ages 12-17 years) who are both anxious and depressed. The therapist manual describes in detail how to conduct each session of the program including exercises and comments to assist successful implementation. Also included is one copy each of the parent companion and adolescent workbook.
